"Made Me Look Like I Planned Ahead"
I sent a baby basket as a gift, and the parents told me they absolutely loved it. I didn’t get to see it in person, so I’m blaming babybasket.com for making me look way more thoughtful than I probably was. They said it looked really cute and everything was packed nicely, so I felt good about ordering from them.

"Really quick delivery, no hassle"
I ordered from babybasket.com last week and, umm, I was surprised by how fast everything showed up.
I got the delivery update not long after placing the order, and the parcel actually arrived earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed properly too, so no complaints there.

I’d give 5 stars just for the speed. It really helped because I needed the baby stuff quickly and this made it all way less stressful

"Showed up on time, but that’s pretty much it"
The order arrived when they said it would, so I’ll give them that. But i was a bit annoyed when I opened it. The basket looked smaller than I expected, and the packing was messy like it was just thrown together. For what I paid, I expected it to look nicer without me having to lower my expectations. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t really have the patience to try them again

"Always Seems to Have What I Need"
Not gonna lie, I was happy to find the baby stuff I needed in stock here, especially the sizes that were sold out everywhere else. Super handy site and really easy to use.

I was really happy with these baby items for the price. They’re affordable, work well, and I don’t have any complaints. I’d definitely buy them again when we need more.

"Nice baby basket, but shipping was steep"
Not gonna lie, the order itself was totally fine and the baby basket looked really nice. But the shipping cost felt high, and I seriously almost backed out at checkout because of it. I’d maybe order again, but probably only if delivery was cheaper or there was some kind of deal.

"Cute Finds for Baby Gifts"
I found so many sweet baby items here, including a few I hadn’t seen anywhere else. It took me a little while to decide because there were a lot of cute options, but I’m really happy with what I picked. Definitely a nice spot for baby gifts.

"My order had the wrong items"
I was disappointed when my order showed up with the wrong basket items. Mistakes happen, but this is where it got annoying, I had to email twice before getting it sorted out. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more hassle than I expected.

"Really easy to make it feel personal"
I really liked how easy it was to customize the basket and add a few personal touches without getting confused. It only took me a few minutes to get everything just how I wanted, and checkout was super simple too. Such a nice option when you want something a bit more thoughtful than a plain gift...

"Smooth return, though I wish I’d ordered right the first time"
I had to return a baby gift because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The return process was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow, which I appreciated. The refund also came through faster than I expected. My only small gripe is that it’s still a bit annoying to deal with a return at all, but overall it was hassle-free and I’m happy with how it went...

"Checkout was fine, just kinda slow..."
Checkout worked eventually, but on my phone it felt a bit clunky. I had to type my address in again for some reason, and the page was loading slow... Payment went through without any issues though, so it wasn’t awful. Just feels like it could be smoother.

"At least the tracking was actually accurate"
With how often deliveries turn into a guessing game, I was relieved this one didn’t. The tracking updates were clear, and the parcel actually showed up when they said it would. Sounds simple, but apparently that’s not always guaranteed these days...

"Nice little card that did the job"
I ordered from Babybasket and added a message card with the gift. It came out nice, the printing was easy to read, and all the wording was correct, which I appreciated.
The card felt decent and not cheap or flimsy. It was a simple, useful touch that made the gift feel a bit more personal.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the design was a little plain. Nothing major though, and I was still happy with how it looked overall

"The basket I received was mostly close..."
The basket I received was mostly close to the picture, but not exactly the same. The colors were a little lighter and the ribbon was placed differently than shown. It’s still cute and usable, but I expected it to match the photo a bit more. Delivery was fine, no major problems there. My only real complaint is that the photo accuracy kind of works when it wants to, close enough, but not totally reliable if you’re picky about the details.

It does help a little, but it’s limited. Just a heads-up if you’re thinking about getting it — it might be useful for basic stuff, but don’t expect it to do a whole lot beyond that
